The Sartorius Application Center in Turkey recently hosted a specialized training program dedicated to the operation of the advanced Ambr® 250 system. The event brought together participants from the biotechnology field to gain hands-on experience and deepen their expertise in modern bioprocess technologies.
During the training, attendees were introduced to the system’s setup, experiment management, and data analysis capabilities. The program highlighted the unique advantages of the Ambr® 250, a multi-parallel bioreactor platform designed to accelerate bioprocess development. With 12–24 single-use bioreactors of 250 mL capacity, the system enables scalable, automated, and high-throughput experimentation.
Key features of the Ambr® 250 include:
– Full automation of liquid handling and gas control
– Precise monitoring of pH and dissolved oxygen with integrated sensors
– Scalable design that simulates large-scale bioreactor conditions
– Flexible operation modes, including fed-batch and perfusion processes
– Data integration software for efficient analysis and process optimization
The Ambr® 250 plays a crucial role in optimizing cell culture processes, reducing development time, and improving efficiency in biopharmaceutical production. It is widely recognized as an industry-standard solution for clone selection, media development, and process optimization.
This training program not only provided valuable technical insights but also underscored Sartorius’ commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development in biotechnology. By bringing the world’s most advanced technologies to the region, we aim to take meaningful steps toward improving health and enhancing quality of life.
